Important Dates & Times

Relay:	Saturday, June 12, 2010
Clinic	How to Organize a Sawtooth Relay Team Saturday, March 13 8 to 9:30 am Bandanna Running & Walking 504 West Main, Boise
Team Entry Deadline:	$330 entry fee if postmarked by Wednesday, April 14. Team entry deadline is April 14 (postmark) or when 300 teams have entered whichever comes first.
Teammate and Volunteer Addition and Substitution Deadline	April 14 is the deadline to add a volunteer and athletes (minimum of 4 athletes required). No fee if postmarked by Wednesday, April 14. After April 14 (postmark) a $10 fee is required for all substitutions (athlete and volunteer) and athlete additions. After June 4 (postmark) take all additions and substitutions to the start in Stanley.
Packet pickup:	Wednesday, May 26. 5:30 pm to 8 pm. Bandanna Running and Walking. 504 West Main Street. Boise. Teams will receive start time, team handbook and volunteer assignment. Teams will not receive a start time until all athlete and volunteer entry forms are completely filled out and submitted.
Out of Town Team Start Times Mailed:	Friday, May 28
Volunteer Training:	Volunteers will be trained at their volunteer station at the start of their shift.
Relay:	Saturday, June 12, 2010 Walkers estimated start times are between midnight and 3 am. Walkers estimated finish times are between noon and 5 pm. Runners estimated start times are between 3 am and 10 am. Runners estimated finish times are between noon and 5 pm.
