$330 entry fee if postmarked by Wednesday, May 14.
$390 entry fee if postmarked Thursday, May 14 through Saturday, May 24.
No Team entries accepted after May 24 postmark deadline. |

$10 fee for all additions and substitutions postmarked after May 14.
Take all additions and substitutions to the start in Stanley after June 14. |
